These Terms of Service govern your use of Love. By using Love, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Love ("we", "us") is a platform that lets you create personalised pages across four formats — Proposal & Sorry Pages (with a playful No-button experience), Ask For Date (gated question flow), In Sync (blind two-way reveal), and Gift Box (time-locked multi-door surprise). By using Love, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Love to:
- Upload images of real people without their consent
- Create pages that harass or intimidate someone
- Impersonate another person
- Upload illegal or explicit content
Violations result in immediate page removal with no refund.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a page has been activated, except where required by law. If your page is removed due to a policy violation, no refund is issued.
Page Expiry
Pages expire according to the plan purchased: Starter — 7 days, Most Loved — 3 months, Keep It Forever — never. Expired pages are not accessible to visitors. You will receive reminder emails before expiry.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content (photos, messages) you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to display that content on the page you create.
Limitation of Liability
Love is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages including, but not limited to, whether your partner actually says Yes. Results may vary. 😅

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after publishing?
No, all payments are final once a page is activated, except where required by law.
What happens if my page violates the acceptable-use rules?
It will be removed immediately, and no refund will be issued.
Do I own the photos and messages I upload?
Yes, you retain ownership. You're simply granting us a limited licence to display that content on your page.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your page becomes inaccessible to visitors, but we'll send you reminder emails beforehand so it doesn't surprise you.
Is Love responsible if my partner says No?
No — the service is provided as is, and results (like whether they say Yes) can't be guaranteed. 😅
