This Privacy Policy explains what information Love ("we", "us") collects when you use our platform, and how we use it.
What We Collect
When you create a Love page, we collect your email (for notifications and page management), your partner's name and photo, and the message you write. When someone views a page, we log the approximate country and device type (mobile/desktop) — no IP addresses stored.
How We Use Your Data
Your email is used to send you a confirmation when your page goes live, a notification when your partner says Yes (or responds/replies), and expiry reminders. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Photo Moderation
Photos you upload are scanned automatically to detect inappropriate content. Images that fail moderation are not stored. Photos are stored securely and are only accessible via your page link.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay (India). We never see or store your card details. Payment records include only the amount, plan, and a transaction ID.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged into your dashboard. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Data Retention
Your page data is retained for 30 days after expiry, then permanently deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Do you sell or share my data with advertisers?
No. Your data is never sold, and we don't run advertising or tracking cookies.
What happens to my photos if my page fails moderation?
Photos that fail moderation are rejected and not stored on our servers.
How long do you keep my data after my page expires?
We retain page data for 30 days after expiry, then it is permanently deleted. You can also request earlier deletion by emailing us.
Do you see my card details when I pay?
No. Payments go through Razorpay directly — we only receive the amount, plan, and a transaction ID.
Can I ask you to delete my data early?
Yes, just email us and we'll process the deletion request.
